OpenAI Co-Founder, Who Helped Oust Sam Altman, Starts His Own Company

Ilya Sutskever, a co-founder and chief scientist of an AI company, has created a new startup called Safe Superintelligence. The company aims to develop superintelligence in a safe manner. Sutskever left his previous position and announced the formation of a new project without providing details. Safe Superintelligence will be focused on building safe superintelligence and won’t release any other products. Sutskever is joined by Daniel Gross and Daniel Levy, with Sutskever taking on the role of chief scientist. In November 2022, OpenAI released ChatGPT, a widely embraced generative AI technology.
